We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our standard delivery service.
On the day of delivery, Royal Mail will send you an email or SMS alert confirming your 1–2 hour delivery slot. If you're not going to be in, you can update the delivery directly from this message with the following options:
- Rebooking for another day
- Nominating a safe place or neighbour
- Redirecting to a local Royal Mail Collection Point
Once delivered, Royal Mail will provide proof of delivery, which includes a photo taken at the delivery location, and an SMS or email notification confirming the parcel has arrived.
Important Delivery Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. After an order is placed, we are unable to amend delivery details.
Once Royal Mail confirms delivery and visual proof we are no longer responsible for the parcel. It is your responsibility to follow the delivery guidance provided by Royal Mail via SMS or email. This includes rebooking delivery, nominating a safe place or neighbour, or redirecting to a collection point if you're not home. Failure to follow these steps may result in loss or theft of your parcel, for which we cannot be held liable.
