Delivery Service
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 services.
You will receive an email or text with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
On the day of delivery, our couriers will send you an email or text alert confirming your 1–2 hour delivery slot. If you're not going to be in, you can update the delivery directly from this message with the following options:
- Rebooking for another day
- Nominating a safe place or neighbour
- Redirecting to a local Collection Point
Once delivered, our couriers will provide proof of delivery, which includes a photo taken at the delivery location, and a text or email notification confirming the parcel has arrived.
Important Delivery Information
London Mole will not be held liable for any missing parcels should the delivery address have been entered incorrectly. Please ensure that your address is entered fully and accurately at the time of placing your order, as changes cannot be made once the order is submitted. If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, then we shall refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods, plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us. If we have to re-dispatch the order if it has been returned to us, for reasons outside of our control, there may be a charge.
Please ensure the email and contact number provided at the time of placing your order are entered fully and accurately in order to receive delivery notifications from our couriers. It is your responsibility to follow the delivery guidance provided by our couriers. Failure to follow these steps may result in loss or theft of your parcel, for which we cannot be held liable. Once our courier confirms delivery and visual proof, we are no longer responsible for the parcel.
