Unwanted Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you wish to return part or all of your order, you can do so within 30 days. Please use the returns form that came with the item, or download another here. If you originally paid for shipping we will refund the basic shipping cost, not any additional premium you may have paid for a faster service. You will be responsible for shipping and cost of shipping back to London Mole.

Items and their packaging must be returned in their original re-saleable condition. Once we have received your returns the item and packaging will be assessed and if in re-saleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 30 days. If the items are not in their original re-saleable condition we will deduct a discretionary percentage of the cost to allow for the deterioration of the product and will refund a proportion on the price you paid.

Please ensure you pack your item back in its original shipping box and packaging, or in an alternative shipping box and packaging with equivalent protection to ensure the item arrives undamaged. Do not return the item in just its retail packaging. Pop the returns form with the item in the parcel too.

Send the item back with a courier of your choice. We highly recommend using a signed, tracked and insured service in the event of the glasses arriving broken, in which case it is unlikely we will be able to honour a refund.

Once your parcel has been received, we will assess it and process your refund. Should there be any issue with the condition of the product or packaging that may affect the value of your refund we will let you know.

We are really sorry to hear you have an issue and will try to resolve it for you as soon as possible.

If we cannot resolve your issue remotely we will issue an RTN number and email you a DPD drop off label so you return the item easily and free of charge.
