We love the fact our sunglasses are so well designed and feel so lovely to wear but don’t break the bank. In fact, because they are priced so reasonably, and we have so many frame styles, colours and lens colours we find our fanbase collects different sunglasses for different outfits and events. What better than a decent haul of sunglasses to choose from in your dressing table drawer.
All of our frames styles and colours come with classic black lenses if you’re a purist, but if you’re heading to a festival or just want to brighten up the way the world looks you can invest in some of our sunnies with coloured lenses.
Coloured lenses typically don’t offer quite as much visible light reduction as darker tints, but they are kinda cool. Here is what you should know;
London Mole’s sunglasses, or pretty much anyone’s sunglasses are not suitable for driving in twilight or at night, and they’re not suitable for looking directly at the sun. They’re also not suitable for protecting your eyes in a sunbed or solaria. And they are definitely no good for protecting your eyes against chemical or mechanical hazards. They are of course great for looking dashing in.

Sunglass lenses should be graded into categories depending on how much protection they offer so when you are investing in new sunglasses you know exactly what you’re getting. The lower the category level the less protection your eyes will have from the sun’s harmful rays, so consider that. Here is an overview of the categories, and you can find the category of our lenses on the product pages and printed on the inside of the temples/side arms.
See our product pages and/or the inner temple of the sunglasses to confirm the lens category. As well as this all of our sunglasses offer UV400 protection.
