We understand that issues and/or accidents may arise with your glasses. Please read the following guidelines carefully regarding our warranty and repair or replacement process.
Warranty Period
Our glasses come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. This period is firm and cannot be extended. To qualify for warranty repairs or replacements, we require proof of purchase through your original email confirmation. We've found that it's easy to lose track of time, and requiring proof of purchase helps us verify the warranty status accurately.
What's Covered
Our warranty specifically addresses manufacturing defects. This includes, but is not limited to, issues like faulty hinges or other errors that occur during the manufacturing process. Though rare, these defects are covered, and we will repair or replace your glasses within the first 12 months. We can easily differentiate between a manufacturing fault or accidental damage. In the case of a genuine manufacturing fault we will ask you to kindly post your glasses to us for inspection.
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishaps. This includes snapped frames, lenses that have popped out, and any damage that clearly results from accidents. We understand that glasses are prone to being dropped, squashed, sat on, and we know what is accidental damage and what is a manufacturing fault. As durable as we design them to be, we cannot cover damages stemming from these incidents under our warranty.
We encourage you to consider purchasing a new pair if your glasses are damaged outside of what our warranty covers. Our aim is to offer stylish, sturdy, and affordable eyewear that, when needed, can be replaced without significant environmental impact.
